Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions
CallTrace subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
2. Used Call Attempts and Results
Used call attempts and delivered results are generally non-refundable. This includes results where CallTrace returns a call status, summary, transcript or recording access if available, or an unable-to-determine result.
3. Refund Reviews
We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, failed service, legally required refunds, and other circumstances we consider fair.
4. Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
