Our AI rings the number from a CallTrace line, so your own number is never used. It takes about a minute, and you hear the recording on the number's page: who picked up and what they said. The recording is posted on that page for everyone to hear. Each attempt uses one call credit, including when nobody answers, and another go might ring out too.

It asks the mobile network whether the phone is reachable right now. If it is, you'll see it as active. If it's switched off, flat or out of range, you'll see it as inactive. Each check uses one credit.

Yes. A network lookup shows which Australian network a mobile number is on right now, whether that's Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, TPG or a smaller network like Amaysim or Aldi Mobile. Numbers can move between networks, so it's a live check, not a guess from the number's prefix. Each lookup uses one credit.

The rating comes from community votes and written reports, so it gets more useful as more people weigh in. It's a strong hint, not proof. Every report is one person's account, and scammers can make a different number show on your screen. If a call worries you, hang up and ring the organisation on its official number.

No. We don't tell anyone when a number is looked up. If you ask our AI to call, the call comes from a CallTrace line, so your number never shows up on their phone.

No. You can search a number, read reports and hear existing recordings without an account or a payment. You only need credits for a new AI call, a mobile on/off check or a network lookup. Starter is a one-off payment. Pro renews monthly and Pro Yearly renews yearly.

Search the number, then add a report on its page. Pick the type of call (spam, scam, telemarketer and so on) and say who called and what they wanted. You can also cast a quick safe or scam vote. Reports show what people said, not verified fact.
